Banka Qendrore e Kosov\u00ebs (BQK) ka mir\u00ebpritur miratimin nga Kuvendi t\u00eb ndryshimeve n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Pastrimit t\u00eb Parave dhe Luftimin e Financimit t\u00eb Terrorizmit, duke i cil\u00ebsuar ato si nj\u00eb hap t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm drejt an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Vetme t\u00eb Pagesave n\u00eb Euro (SEPA).<\/p>\n
Sipas BQK-s\u00eb, miratimi i ligjit p\u00ebrmbush nj\u00eb nga kushtet kryesore legjislative p\u00ebr avancimin e procesit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimit, t\u00eb cilin institucioni e kishte nisur me paraaplikimin n\u00eb vitin 2024.<\/p>\n
Pas hyrjes s\u00eb ligjit n\u00eb fuqi, BQK-ja do t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb rregulloret p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsimin teknik t\u00eb aplikimit, n\u00eb koordinim me institucionet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian dhe duke marr\u00eb parasysh ndryshimet n\u00eb legjislacionin evropian.<\/p>\n
Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre procedurave, aplikimi i Kosov\u00ebs do t\u2019u dor\u00ebzohet institucioneve kompetente evropiane p\u00ebr shqyrtim, sipas procedurave dhe afateve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n
Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, BQK-ja, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me sektorin bankar, po vazhdon p\u00ebrgatitjet p\u00ebr zbatimin e skemave t\u00eb pagesave SEPA.<\/p>\n
Sipas vler\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb BQK-s\u00eb, an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb do t\u2019u mund\u00ebsonte qytetar\u00ebve, bizneseve dhe diaspor\u00ebs t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb pagesa nd\u00ebrkufitare n\u00eb euro m\u00eb shpejt dhe me kosto m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, me kursime t\u00eb mundshme q\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen n\u00eb mbi 55 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n
BQK-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se mbetet e p\u00ebrkushtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar procesin drejt p\u00ebrfshirjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb SEPA.<\/p>\n
