Sipas ankes\u00ebs, gruaja ishte ndaluar dhe kontrolluar nga zyrtar\u00ebt policor\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt m\u00eb pas i kishin k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb vazhdonte drejt \u00c7agllavic\u00ebs p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime me karakter seksual.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, me udh\u00ebzim t\u00eb prokurorit, \u00ebsht\u00eb iniciuar procedur\u00eb penale, nd\u00ebrsa IPK-ja ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb hetimet n\u00eb koordinim me Prokurorin\u00eb e Shtetit p\u00ebr t\u00eb sqaruar plot\u00ebsisht rrethanat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">N\u00eb rastin tjet\u00ebr, IPK-ja ka rekomanduar suspendimin e dy zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb t\u00eb Stacionit Policor n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr \u201cKeqp\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb pozit\u00ebs apo autoritetit zyrtar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave fillestare, m\u00eb 15 tetor, rreth or\u00ebs 23:00, polic\u00ebt dyshohet se kan\u00eb ndaluar nj\u00eb qytetar dhe e kan\u00eb futur n\u00eb vetur\u00ebn zyrtare, ku pretendohet se e kan\u00eb fyer verbalisht dhe ia kan\u00eb cenuar privat\u00ebsin\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb marrjen e telefonit pa urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb prokurorit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dyshimet lidhen edhe me nj\u00eb ankes\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebhershme t\u00eb qytetarit, t\u00eb paraqitur n\u00eb korrik t\u00eb vitit 2026, p\u00ebr keqtrajtim dhe tejkalim t\u00eb autorizimeve policore.<\/p>\n<p>IPK-ja ka theksuar se do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb hetimet p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar llogaridh\u00ebnie dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur integritetin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteri.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ipk.jpg\" width=\"409\" height=\"230\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Inspektorati Policor i Kosov\u00ebs (IPK) ka rekomanduar suspendimin e pes\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebve policor\u00eb, tre n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb dhe dy n\u00eb Gjilan, n\u00ebn dyshimin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje n\u00eb vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.
