Tha\u00e7i, 58 vje\u00e7, u d\u00ebnua me 25 vjet burg p\u00ebr krime, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vrasje, tortur\u00eb dhe ndalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb kryera kur ai ishte komandant i lart\u00eb i Ushtris\u00eb \u00c7lirimtare t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (U\u00c7K) gjat\u00eb prillit 1998 dhe 20 qershorit 1999, kur Kosova po luftonte p\u00ebr t\u2019u shk\u00ebputur nga Serbia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb vendimin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb Gjykata tha se Tha\u00e7i u shpall fajtor p\u00ebr vrasjen e 96 kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve politik\u00eb dhe personave t\u00eb konsideruar bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb forcave serbe t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, t\u00eb kryera nga pjes\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb gjat\u00eb konfliktit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00ebr akuza t\u00eb ngjashme, u d\u00ebnua me 25 vite burg edhe Jakup Krasniqi.
