Raporti b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr forcimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe efikasitetit t\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, si dhe p\u00ebr rezultate t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe krimit t\u00eb organizuar.<\/p>\n
